Located in the Randall Student Center, the Moose Tracks Café and Spirit Store is your one stop shop for food and UMA gear! Enjoy meals, beverages, coffee, grab and go snacks and more. The UMA Dining team prepares freshly made recipes daily, including International cuisine, grill favorites, pizza, sandwiches, soup, salads, comfort foods and bakery items. UMA Dining is also committed to sustainably sourcing and serving local, seasonal ingredients through our Maine Course program initiatives.
